have received this email today allegedly from HMG Department of Health:

I have checked up on this and the Government have said:

It has to be BOTH. There is little pure mathematics that cannot be expressed geometrically. Ask Euclid he's the expert. More interesting though, if you make a list of successes and failures, allotting a '1' for a win and a '0' for a loss, the resulting binary approaches 'e'.
