Could some kindly wizard or Arch-wizard please erase the Captain's Log? I understand the sentiment behind the entry:

"This is the internet--you're a guy until I see your ..."

e.g. many men apparently pose as women on the internet, but I thought this was supposed to be a family game? Where's Fiz or Karya? I think they'd have something to say about it.

I doubt Fiz would have much to say about it! Are you a BL player, by any chance?

No, but I've read through many of the posts here (hers among them).

P.S. Thanks Turrican. Appreciate it.

Isn't Rydal one of Richard's students who came here as part of the course .. and stayed?

Yes, Fiz was around years ago. But she was mostly a BL player.

As for me, I was too spoiled by MUD2 to really fit in there.

British Legends, the ( laterst version of ) the original MUD, MUD 1 etc.

I think I recall it was a compuserve version of the Essex / Compunet original Mud.

Search for it and you can still play.

I think you'll find it harder ( and cruder as in rougher ) than MUD2 / MUDii.
