Well it ain't easy. First you need to store the images up line. I use photobucket.com but there are any number of other sites that will do just as well. Then to see how to do the link, have a look at an edit or quote on the images above.
I have a hard copy of all this stuff from somewhere on this site. Cant find it now.

To add a graphic within your message, just encase the URL of the graphic image as shown
[i m g]http://www.totalgeek.org/images/tline.gif[/i m g]
In the example above, the BBCode automatically makes the graphic visible in your message. Note: the "http://" part of the URL is REQUIRED for the <!-- BBCode Start --><IMG SRC=" code.

REMOVE THE SPACES in I M G in my example - I added them as i couldnt find out how to quote a BBCode command
