It's something like:

effective strength = strength - kilos carried - heavy object penalty

where heavy object penalty is the sum of weight objects exceed 3 kilos by.

but not quite.

Bear with me here:

vase2 (7kg) + 5kg water = 12kg, effstr is 79 [ 100 - 12 - (12-3) ]
vase2 (7kg) + 7kg water = 14kg, effstr is 75 [ 100 - 14 - (14-3) ]

So why is effstr 78 not 77 with 6kg of water?

vase2 (7kg) + 6kg water = 13kg, expected effstr to be 77 [ 100 - 13 - (13-3) ]

Fancy trying to figure it out?

Do I have to bare it with you?

Bear = "to endure"

Bare = "to uncover".

So whilst you may wish to uncover the answer, you shouldn't ask people to uncover themselves whilst doing it.

Sorry, pet hate mode engaged.

For some reason I feel the need to go to the woods, and...

Well presumably it's a bear thing.

but wouldn't vase2 full of water take some bearing? Especially if you wanted to head north east?
