Hiya all!

I'm going to be running (well, OK, probably walking briskly ..) the 'Race for Life' (Cancer research UK) on May 20th in Aylesbury. For those of you who didn't know, my mum died last March of cancer and I'll be doing it for her. She used to watch me play MUD and got quite confused with all the dense forests (like mother like daughter!). I know it's a cheek, but I've an online sponsor form, so if anyone out there would like to sponsor me, that would be great. As of yet, everyone has sponsored me on the paper form, so my online one is positively virginial! No pressure, as long as everyone is sending me good vibes for the day, that's what I need!

I'll be back playing as soon as I can and we're still hoping to be at the meet (I'll be the one hobbling and clutching my medal!)

Take care folks, and thanks for reading,
Clare xx

Good luck, Marly. I'm truly sorry to hear of your loss.. I know I'm going to lose my parents some day, and I dread it.

Check out my thread Donate your spare CPU cycles to HIV / cancer / genome research
