hey there peeps....... just thougth i'd say that i haven't forgotten about the mudmeet or planned to do everything at the last minute (i would have tried doing that but i'd rather not get fodded so i thought i'd give it a go and try to be ready by the time) so here's the plan as it stands at the moment.
meet up sometime during the day where i have organised a venue, the venue being slicks, now some of you should remember slicks as it was the pool hall that we had the pleasure of using in another meet a few years back (my first meet i believe so it hold a dear place in my heart) now unfortunately as its in a pool hall the quiz idea might be out of the question but i'm sure if you ply crazyfool with enough beverages of his choice he will be far more entertaining.
then we have a restaraunt set up..... now in the past the food that has been available at meets have been either curry or pizza (both of which i don't really like) so i have organised a nice restaraunt to suit our eating desires that serves food i do like (but it still does pizza's so i'm not completely opressing you).
if you have any questions about the menu please ask as i have a menu here but am too lazy to write everything out.
all thats left is a re-comfirmation of numbers as in both venues i have been saying roughly 15 and would need to confirm them nearer the time

Can I suggest you scan the menu and post it either here as a pdf file or post it on the MUD Group on fb.

We would have to be able to read it I suppose. Maybe it will be just too small to read. I don't know enough about it.

Or, if the resturant has a website, let us know the URL...

If it hasn't got a website, maybe a money making opportunity to set one up for them for a large fee?

I hope we dont have a repeat of your first meet Caboose where you ended up storming off in a huff because your porridge was lumpy.

Oh god. Typical Hal. To be fair im more liberaly minded than Hal and his veggie posse. I not only refuse to eat Meat AND dairy, I dont eat anything food where the name contains a vowel.

Im so hungry. Had enough of eating Zgght (Its a rare type of Elk only found in parts of Congo and in Kent).

If anyone is interested Kingsway has some cheap rooms ?35 per single room, ?45 per double.

I'll be in The Moorings this year as I left it to the last minute and all of the usual candidates were fully booked up. Its a little bit further out, but not too bad (google maps says 12 minutes walk from the restaurant). I think it was ?75 for the double. ?45 would be worth cancelling for, but sadly that price is for one person in a double room and they are charging ?70 for couples.

Meeting place is at Slick Willys Pool Hall, which is directly opposite Worthing pier. Will be from 12pm.

Heres a map, hope link works...
