Last week, I am told, Gigolo did a solo Bash but did not quite manage to kill all the mobiles.
This week, there was no Bash. None of the wizzes, for once, could make it so there was no reset at nine o'clock and no one,including your correspondent, left the Tea Room. It was interesting but nothing much happened.

I showed up late ... and found that I didn't miss anything. I did leave the tearoom after a bit, but didn't really go out of my way to bash mobiles since clearly the bash wasn't happening at that point.

It appears that on Thursday night during the non-bash, one Sorcerer finding another asleep in the Hut, proceeded to hack him up. I arsk yer! Is nowhere safe?
My informant tells me that the victim of this alleged assault subsequently bemoaned his fate in the Tea Room, no doubt hoping for some sympathy. He got none.

Non-bash night -somehow- made me forget that all of the Land inhabitants were cutthroats and butchers with insatiable hunger of player flesh!
Or am I too wicked to seek sympathy?!

Just tell us that at Sorcerer level you were not recovering from an altercation with a mobile and presumably, shall we say, on moderate stam., by sleeping in the hut.
That's the bit I find difficult to believe.

No the point was that with a comparative high value at Sorcerer, you were sleeping in the hut. That's just too tempting.

I have to admit that this has been bothering me since I wrote the damn thing. It seems to me though, that the difference between 'provoking someone into a course of action' and 'tempting someone into a course of action' is somewhat blurred. But I agree that of the two 'provocation' is a much stronger word and inappropriate in this case as it implies deliberate intent.
