And so as the clock ticks over another day it looks rather like I have (mostly) survived a year in the Land!!! over 100 forum posts from me , and roughly 5,000 resets have occurred in the last year (wish I'd played in more of them)- where has the time all gone?
High Points of the past year
- First Sorcerer (on XMAS Eve 2012 - If I recall correctly)
- First Dragon Kill
- First time getting to Druids Treasure Chamber
- Solving a major puzzle in Redwoods
- Doing a couple of player interviews
Low Points
- First attempt to kill dragon - after doing what you have to - I just stood there - not for long -(Not Updating Persona)
- Trying to FOD a Mage (it seemed like a good idea at the time.....) (Not Updating Persona)
- Typing "f j.g all.o" when surrounded by rats (Not Updating Persona)
- Meeting two giants immediately after several goblins on my first time in Giants (Not Updating Persona)
- Spending several hours with 2 or 3 others trying to solve a major puzzle in Redwoods and getting nowhere (12? silly deaths)
Well - I'd best make some plans for the next year.... Let me see....... in no particular order
- Go up the Pagoda without Wiz assistance
- Solo the Keep
- Finish my tasks ! (yes I am a slacker when it comes to those)
- Solving the major puzzle in Redwoods referred to above
- Living thru Giants
- Take part in a Quest
- Keep having FUN!!!!!

Congrats Kiwi! I think I was also there for one or two of those high and low points .
Last year around this time I remember fleeing from the ogre a lot and trying to lure the rats out of the bunker individually (wish I could find that log, one of the rats did come out and chat).
There was also a certain amount of this:
"HIC"
And for the coming year? Something tells me it could look a lot like this:

Can I also add my congratulations! In one year you seem to have come further than I have in six. Have you found your way to the Alpine cottage yet?
