As the bewitching hour approached, one by one the adventurers gathered in the tearoom. Bluestone arrived to see Secondlook the warlock, Pikachu the sorcerer, Pippin the hero and Heiach the wizard discussing strategy. Folly and Royston had yet to make an appearance. Would there be enough warriors to take on the giants? Would our quest end with a roar or a whimper?
Then something magical happened and the adventure began. Secondlook and Bluestone were somehow elected co-captains but there was no time for a recount. Racing to kit up, we were suddenly transported to the classical ruin for an impromptu pillar party. Not one to waste an opportunity, Bluestone grabbed the wafer lying at his feet and set off again.
Pikachu started working on the watersnakes and bees. Secondlook was paying his respects to the elders at the pagoda and Bluestone sailed to the offshore islands. The jellyfish were stinging ? it must have been about ten days after the full moon when they usually tend to arrive in coastal waters. Back on the mainland, the basilisk was yet alive and another pillar party was undertaken. Hawumph the arch-wizard attended this one and waved us on our way. Somewhere in all the excitement, Pikachu had become a necromancer and had been given the prefix ?electric?.
Meanwhile in the tearoom, Cenedra the mage, Daenerys the necromancess and Sister Misuzu had all arrived. The mobile survivors count was dropping slowly but steadily. Pikachu set off to slay the dragon and then teamed up with Bluestone for the Keep. The griffin had been in training for this bash and took some effort to overcome. Someone was slaying apes in the Pagoda area ? I assume it was Secondlook.
Pikachu started in on the dwarves and Bluestone arrived to help with the guards. Secondlook came as well in search of the shortsword. The dwarves were eventually overcome, followed by the sealife. Pikachu cleared the formal gardens. The bash captains worked together on the Pagoda?s fearsome giant snake and tiger.
And then there were the giants ? we had left the biggest foes for the last. Pikachu and Bluestone attacked from the East and Secondlook was gearing up to enter from the west. Sister Misuzu ventured north and waded in to attack skeletons and other undead. The March hare met his demise in the treacherous swamp. Two giants fell and we were all still alive ? things were starting to look promising.
The count dropped further.
Soon there were three mobiles left. The golem and two others. But which two? Pikachu put on his whereing cap and had soon ferretted out that the lynx was hiding in the blizzard far on the North mountain. Not only is the lynx difficult to see, but blizzard conditions would make it near to impossible to find him. And yet, Pikachu figured out a clever way to lure the lynx out in the open.
Two mobiles remained: the golem and one other. There was one false attempt at golem and some miscommunication (someone was given the command to help who was not in the proper place) but, with the extension of time having nearly elapsed ? Secondlook was finally transported in to fight.
Pikachu the giant-killing, dragon-slaying electric necromancer had determined that the last mobile was the spider. And so we converged at the web and together Pikachu, Bluestone and Misuzu slayed the last mobile while Secondlook was clearing out the treasure from the golem?s inner sanctum.
It was close, it was fun and it was challenging ? and a good time had by all. Thanks to Heiach once again for overseeing it. Please fill in any details I have missed!

Ah, yes, there were a few sightings:
(*)For your information: The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog is worth 500 points
if killed.
