No bash report from me until at least Sunday. And I'm not sure which Sunday. Maybe someone else will do it.

It was a "PG" bash. PG tips - giants can be dangerous. As can someone.

*obit
The following players have died in fights this reset:
Pikachu the necromancer, killed by the giant,
Krausersan the champion, killed by someone.

Exciting reset from my point of view.
Killed some rats, inevitable silly bash death by falling down a hole, joined Frankie for some mine clearance.
All good stuff.
Then I outdid myself and managed to find a giant and 2 Gobbos. During the time it took me to type e, k a goblin f wp "someone" had knocked them off. So I went for Giant1 & got lucky.
Oh yes I did-he hit me plenty of times but glancing blows only.
This was the last of the Giants & after some prompting from Heiach the Wiz the rest of the mobs were snuffed out.
17 minutes to go ..the Pagoda area was open so I had a quick look there (only been there twice in last 5 years) and then spent 10 mins in the Giants' area.
I was just trying on some socks I found lieing around when "someone" taught me not to relax toooo much
I am only telling the tale now because a series of my foe's reattacks flukily went my way!
So all in all an excellent bash and reset-apologies for not mentioning anyone else, I was struggling to find my way round Pagoda and Giants most of the time. (I had been given directions by other patient souls but was taking care to log them so sllllloooowly slooowly catchy apey was the er..thing

Cheers!

Wow, the bash board is getting crowded. Maybe it could be whittled down to the top few scores for the previous years?

The rest could always be archived in a forum thread.

Just an idea...

I learned the hard way - once again to always READ what the game tells you.....

IE When you are fighting Giant3 and he flees leaving you on low STA do not 're-attack' as a reflex action when a giant re-appears in the cave. Pikachu realised too late that it was Giant0 who was there only as the words "Not updating persona" flashed up in red before my eyes! D'oh

Ah, the tag-team trick. It's one many mobiles have done before. When one's injured and needs to flee, the other shows up to take its place. These giants, it seems, can be an even more effective tag team than the vampire and wraith.

The two rocs are master and mistress of this trick.

I'd have to agree with Royston there, the Rocs are deadly together.

I did at one point delete a load of the entries on the board and everyone complained so I put them back .

I think he meant don't post the full list with every bash report, put it in another topic which you edit instead.

It's in their nature, there's a way to deal with them though...
