 Anyone else had problems making logging work in windows 8?

Here's the fix. Don't log in to the domain name (ie mudii.co.uk).

Instead, log in to the IP address (212.187.255.136).

And voila, it works.

 never trust even numbered versions of Windows - this doesn’t bode well for Win 10
