I think mine is:

Yes, that's how it became a ruin: so many people walked into the walls that they eventually fell down...

Mind you, this is a close contender:

Let me guess: you were attacked by a winerack as a small child, and the trauma was such that your brain blots them out of your sensory field, to spare you further pain. Better tell your brain to think again, the pain you get by walking into them is pretty bad, too!

Here's another good one...

After a certain amount of determined trying, you ascertain that the room
description was right, and you can't go that way because of the lowering of
the roof. Still, if you don't believe room descriptions, you probably won't
believe this either...

Here's one I saw the other day:

Rubbing your nose ruefully, you reluctantly conclude that the panel is
made of iron, not tissue paper.

This one's more of a yup-you-died message:

You slide down the chute, an air of expectancy about you. This ends rather sadly as you pile into an incinerator, which, although no longer alight, is nevertheless forty feet below where you come out. You die, of a broken everything.

Another good one is this one...

Unluckily for you, the inventors of portcullises figured that someone might
try to walk straight through, and made the gaps too small...

This one sort of qualifies.

From 'sliding down chute'.

(*)d
You're already going downwards, and since you have little say in the matter I
suggest you relax and enjoy the ride...

Back yard of inn.
This is a wide yard to the south of an old tavern, and continues to the side
of it to the northwest. South is an orchard, and southwest is a forest.
Situated in the floor is the opening to a chute, bereft of the trapdoor which
it plainly used to boast many years ago, and which leads down, probably to a
cellar of some nature. To the east there seems to be a well, near the inn.

Taxing your mental powers to the full, you manage to work out that you can't
walk through solid brick walls. Walk round and look for an entrance...

That's one of my favorites.
