 It's the first of December, and you know what that means - Christmas songs played everywhere. Not only that, it's also time for the December POTM and DOTM awards.

This month, the POTM is Xcaliber. The DOTM award goes to Incognito.

Congratulations to Xcaliber, and commiserations to Incognito.
